The CTI League is offering 4 core services to fulfill our mission: Neutralization, Prevention, Supporting, Health-related support. We offer these services pro-bono for our stakeholders – the life-saving sectors (medical sector, emergency sector, public-health sector, etc).
The CTI League members neutralizing cyberattacks against our stakeholders with takedown, triage, or escalate to law enforcement organizations, assets, and infrastructure of threat actors.
By neutralizing the threat actors’ infrastructure, lawfully, we disrupt the hacker’s ability to conduct criminal activities against our stakeholders. This service can be compared to a vaccine – neutralize the virus from the root.
- Takedowns – Removal of a website, web page, or file from the Internet.
- Triage – High priority indicator of compromise to investigate in the medical sector networks and to block.
- Law enforcement escalations – CTI League escalating relevant cyber attack, malicious activity, or critic vulnerable to law enforcement agencies and the national CERTs.
The CTI League members prevent cyber attacks against our stakeholders and reduce the level of threat for them.
The life-saving sectors are highly vulnerable to cyberattacks. Neutralization, the same as vaccines, can’t only prevent one virus, and we need to reduce the threat level of our stakeholders. The equation is simple: if we need to choose between paying to a ransomware group, or creating a new COVID-19 department in the hospital, we believe in spending money on saving lives. This service can be compared to wearing a mask.
- Identifying vulnerabilities, compromised assets, data leaks.
- Creating databases of IoCs of threat actors focusing on the life-saving sectors, and deliver the information to them.
- Reporting about trends and new TTP’s of threat actors targeting the life-saving sectors.
